How Many Animals Are Abused A Year?

That is very true, a lot of animals are maltreated, hurt, and abused every day. The root problem of all this is lack of proper education of the masses about animal rights, lack of effort of the government to enforce animal welfare laws, and the main one being the uncontrolled over population of cats and dogs. Over and uncontrolled population results to unwanted cats and dogs, making a lot of them strays in the street. One possible solution as done in various countries is spaying and neutering of animals, may they be strays or home-kept pets. The only problem to this again is funds. It's a sick cycle problem, but I do pray and hope these animals get better lives soon. They won't be able to do it their selves so we people must make a move on this.

i think its a billion because so many people are fund of eating animals like dogs,goats even frogs its so sad to know that even the endangered species people hunt and eat them....
