How do we earn money and get rewarded here in MyLot?

I'm a newbie here and quite enjoying how things work. But I still have no idea how I get to earn and then get rewarded afterwards. Is it thru paypal?

You can earn money through responding on discussions. Another way of earning is doing tasks. Avoid having your responses and discussions removed by reading the guidelines. http://www.mylot.com/o/mylot.aspx
