hi mylotter, have you visit Palembang? or just try pempek Palembang in your city? Share your experience here.

i live in Betung south sumatera. and yes i frequently visited this city. i love the view of ampera bridge in the nigth as well as in the daylight. i love pempek. do you have any recommendation for better pempek?

yes, i recommend you to try candy pempek or you can try pempek on bukit. it's bake pempek, hmmmm yummy.... miss pempek palembang a lot.

thanks to God, i did it. ya i had ever visited palembang 2 years ago after my sister passed away because on my duty.i think it`s hard to live a long time in palembang or sumatera area because my stomach can not be adapt with sumatera food, LOL

I have never visited Palembang, I just tried their traditional foods. Original pempek very tasty and maybe you'll know if you eat most of your teeth will be damaged and missing. I am not a native of palembang, but even so, my mother could make food that is not less wonderful people palembang.

o really it can damage our teeth?? because when i was there, i always eat it and there's no matter to my teeth. maybe you can get stomacache when eat it in the morning

i never visit Palembang but i like pempek Palembang. Maybe, Pempek Palembang in my town is not delicious and original than pempek palembang. However, i like its taste of sauce and fish. If you original from Palembang, i think you can make good Pempek, can't you?

i'm not original from palembang, but i've ever lived there for 2 years, then i learn to make pempek and the sauce. the sauce can be different from other city because there are special sugar for make the sauce. i think in other cities there are kind of that sugar, but still different taste
