I was wondering if weight loss supplements are safe to use. I think a lot of those that are advertised online are fake and does not have any value at all. Also some of them are dangerous? What brand would you recommend. So far i tried Hydroxycut and it does not help me too much. I just get jittery and feel like im on a caffeine hype. Also i feel unusually thirsty. What are those indication? Should i continue this product? What are your thoughts?

It depends upon the items. Buying these weight loss product are risky in ones health. Today, there are many weight loss product scattered all over the market, and some of those are illegally brought from undefined sources. It is pretty much better if you consult a physician regarding this matter. I think they have the good and much better idea and advice than anyone else.

Hello Hanxyoung, I took a fitness and health promotion program in college back in 2008 and believe certain weight loss supplements help. Hydroxycut speeds up the metabolism and increases certain chemical reactions in your body to burn more fat. There are many weight loss experts in the world, I would recommend going to your local gym and asking a personal trainer which supplements to use. They normally won't charge you for there time if you ask them nicely, and you can get some advice from someone who isn't trying to make money off of you. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me.

I think it's better to stick to the natural way of slimming down. I rather not to trust my life into those weight loss products which we are not sure about their side effects on our body. The best way is, eat less on those food that attribute fats and exercise regularly. Although at first you hard to see the result, but after you had been practicing for some times, i am sure you will saw the result. As for your problem, better visit doctor and have a check before you continue taking that product. Or much better, discontinue taking it.

My husband was on a weight loss tablet from what the dr had prescribed as my husband has given up smoking and has put on stones of weight rather than a few pounds. He recently had a letter from the drs surgery to say that these tablets have now been recalled and not to take anymore as they make you 16% more risk of having a heart attack. So all i can say is no i would not take anything to lose weight.
