What do you do to stay healthy?

I don't know if anyone noticed this but for some reason working out has become a trend. I see a lot of people applying to LA fitness or Lifetime or any other fitness clubs to stay healthy, which of course is a good thing. Your body is the most important possession you can get. Sure it doesnt come cheap though. You have to eat right, excercise atleast once a day, and stay away from harmful products. Let me ask you this can you replace your body or health? not likely, unless in the near distant future people are able to clone their bodies and replace every organs, but no you can't so what do you do to stay healthy?

i drink once a day a self made juice. very old reception. the juice of 5 lemons, 30 pieces of garlic all in a mixer. add 1 liter of water. cook it that it bubbels once. drink each day a small glas 20 minutes after meal. that cleans your blood plus it kills bacteries plus it gives your blood strength against sickness and it helps the liver to cleen the boody. dont't be afraid the lemon takes away the smell of the garlic!!!

it tasts lemon fresh, you taste the garlic but it is like your body wants more. evry day you take it you feel a difference. it is really good. iam 50 years old and i tried a lot. then i came to the "hildegard medicin". since that time i nearly do not need any medicin anymore. patricia

I try to make healthy choices about what I eat and don't eat first of all. I try to avoid high fat no good for you snack foods! Sometimes I overeat but usually that is healthy stuff too! I also started running about a year ago. Now I am in a martial arts self defense class. It's great cross training for running!

I excercise using the Wii. I love EA Active and My Fitness Coach.

Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water is a good way to stay healthy. Fruits and vegetables as part of our diet is also important. We have to be conscious about the food that we eat everyday. As much as possible, avoid drinking carbonated drinks. I want to say exercise but I havent started it yet so I only said the things I am doing now.
