Is India a better team than soth africa?

the result of 1st test says that sa is far better than indian team.but the proceedings of 2nd match shows that south africa can do nothing with the indian bowling and the strong indian batting line up.now when i start this discussion the live score is 171/7.and they r looking for a rain helper.but they r almost lost in the match.then how can we make a decision of a better team.but when we look into the first match we lacked the star batsmen dravid and laxman.but now vvs is playing and he has shown his brilliance with a marvellous nock of 143* ,moreover sa lacked nothing in this match.so i declare india deserve the no 1 position.arent they?

I think South Africa has the best record amongst all visiting countries recently against India. They have won 1 and drawn two series over the last decade or so. So they do love to play in India. As far as whether India is better team than south africa, the margins in international cricket is so less these days that you cannot say so for sure at all. It all depends on who plays better on a given day.

Nothing like that! It all depends upon how hard a team works and a tiny amount of LUCK. India has won the match much to the delight of everyone - not henniesaunders! Just joking! Also, as HS said, Prince and Duminy should be dropped from the squad instead Dippenar and Jacques Rudolph can be introduced!
