our electricity bill is getting higher and higher this days, there was this advise that we have to do our ironing between 9pm to 5am. how strange, those are the time where sleep is at its deepest, who would iron clothes at those times.
in your case, how would you iron clothes and save electricity bill? or better yet, what time would you prefer to iron your clothes?

I iron my clothes once a week and I only iron clothes that I use when I go out. It's better than Ironing your clothes everyday.

I don't think your timing to iron clothes make any sense. We are requested to iron the clothes or switch the fridge or heater on during any hours other than the peak hours, that is, between 6 - 10pm. You have got the rest of the day to do it. You didn't tell where you are from. I think the timezones vary.

yeah probably our time zone does vary. peak hours here means from 7am to 9pm. that is the time where businesses, people and consumers are its peak. so away from those hours, are wise time to iron cloths they recommend, to save electricity consumption.
thanks flash.
take care

I don't. I wear my clothes straight from the laundry dryer. LOL. But when I was still staying at my parents', my mom ironed our clothes only once every week and she did all at once. She removes the power from the TV, fridge, and PC before she starts ironing.

I prefer to iron the clothes in the morning, around 7 or 8. I usually do this during weekends and do it only once a week. I only iron my daughter's uniform and some of my clothes but not all.
