Coke or Water , which one do u prefer?

To me, Coke is poison. Anyone that drinks that stuff should really look into the ingredients and what it does to your body. Scary stuff! If I go to a restaurant it is a proper restaurant and not one of those fast food chain stores who claim to be restaurants. When we go to dinner, we get water at our table for free, so we never have to pay for drinks while eating.

I prefer drinking water rather than Coke.

Well, my friend. I'm always fond of drinking plain water after whatever I eat. In my country, Bangladesh, we don't have to order for plain water while eating in a restaurant or confectionery, it's free. Moreover, pure water is safer and healthful than coke. Have a healthful eating.

Hi, I prefer water. In Singapore, coke cost more than a bottle of water (but it also depends on the brand of bottled water as it can cost as little as $0.30 SGD to $2+ SGD per bottle). And actually, drinking (free) tap water is another option but it is advisable to treat the tap water before drinking it (although when desperate times, I will just drink it straight from the tap). And also, we can get ice water from certain fast food outlets but as a complete meal from this outlet comes with coke or pepsi, thus I always ended up with this two instead of water.

irregardless of the price, i would most certainly go for water, gunagohan. in my younger years, coke would be the choice. but after learning about what sofdrinks is and the risks they pose on one's health, i've stopped drinking sofdrinks, including coke. and that was more than 15 years ago. there were rare instances though when i was compelled to drink coke, in a very limited amount... and that was when water is not available and i am very thirsty... but the number of times, in the last 15 years, is about 25 or about once or twice a year...

Both coke and water! After each meal, i drink a little glass of coke and then a little glass f water because i'm always thirsty after drinking coke. ^^

I drink water instead of coke, however when I am in a restaurant or in a fastfood I order softdrinks than water, as water comes for free in a restaurant here in my country. At home we seldom drink coke, we just occasionally drink soft drinks. We have cold water during warm weather , we will just make a juice instead of soft drinks as soft drinks contain lots of amount of sugar that causes diabetes. Maybe it is differ in different country, like yours, water is more expensive when bought outside compare to coke, so it is normal to choose coke instead of water.

in my country, it is cheaper to have a glass of water than a coke. i prefer to drink water not just it less cost but it also healthier.

When I'm eating at restaurants, I just ask for the service water, so I won't have to buy bottled water or even a coke. I don't really like softdrinks, I didn't grew up drinking them. In fastfoods, I usually just order the juice instead of the coke, I have to pay more for it, but it's definitely healthier so I'm okay with that.

Well, here in India, Water is cheaper., so obviously the choice is Water. But, however, even if water was costlier than Coke, I would still prefer Water to Coke at least 99 out of 100 times due to Water's' health benefits. Coke contains too much sugar. Do you know why movies give coke instead of water?? That's because drinking coke makes you feel less 'full' on your stomach and makes you eat more, and they, in turn, extract more money from your wallet. Water, does not do this job, so for them, keeping water costlier works very well.

mm,, for me is 50/50.. is difficult for me.. here, i live in a country that doesnt have prblems with the water, the water is cheaper, and coke too. but of course, coke is more expensive that water.. i like the taste of the coke, drink a cold coke is the best! specialy on summer!.. but i like to drink water, ecause refresh me and i can drink a lot not thinking about the calories and the suggar.. is the best drink without chemical products... i know that coke is nice, but also is perjudicial to our healthy, because this created an adiction in ourself...thanks for asking, have a nice day

When i feel thirsty and after lunch i prefer water otherwise i prefer coke..

i always prefer coke not even because of the price difference but just because i dont really like drinking water unless i am really tired or thirsty or feel really hydrated. there have been times that i actually tried to drink more water but that didnt last more than a couple weeks n i went from just water to things like powerade and then i went straight back to cokes.

Well my friend earlier when i was in teenage i always having a bottle of coke in my hand and this have disturbed my health so much. Now i have studied and consulted to doctors also for changing my eating habits. I come to know that water is much much better than coke and i started drinking more and more water in my daily life. Now i prefer water on coke and the other thing you said about having coke or water after meal i want to say that having coke or water both are not good for health after meal. If you can follow then stop drinking anything after meals. You can drink before your meal or about 2 hrs after you meal. There is a saying in doctors that water is like Gold if you take it before meal and it is like rusted iron if you drink it after your meal.

Most food places here will give a glass of water if you ask for it. I do not go to fast food places or drink soda.

I drink water from the faucet because it's more healthy and because it's less expensive. The water were I live taste good, but it can't touch the taste of coke. If coke was a healthy drink and cost was no option, I'd be drinking coke.

I drink coke, pepsi, or tea caffeine free....The only thing I drink with caffeine in it is coffee..... I do this to cut down on kidney infections which the doctor advised me would help..... He also told me to cut down on chocolate and eat white chocolate because it does not have caffeine in it....

Although I love Coke, I'd still prefer water anytime. Don't get me wrong, I still drink Coke but when there are special occassions or I ate something oily and sometimes water just can't sort of "remove" the taste. Before I drink 1 litre of Coke per day but reduced it to around 1 small bottle and drink water around 7 glasses per day.

I prefer water because nothing cleanse the system like water do. Who needs excess sugar? Moment in the lips and forever in the hips. When I get tired of water, I spritz it with lemon.
