is paypal back for withdraws in india

I dont think the problem with RBI has yet been solved. Paypal had said everything will be fine by last thursday but nothing is fine uptil now. The best way to find out whether all problems have been solved is to check if personal payments have been enabled or not. If they are still disabled then the problem has not been solved yet.

I don't think so because as I read it will take at least two months to complete some of the formalities with the governement people, nothing we can do just wait to and pray that every thing is ok.
