Writing diary is always regarded as a good way to give vent to your emotion. However, according to the study of the British psychologist, writing diary doesn't release the unhappiness,it strengthens the psychological wound,it's harmful to people's heath, the people who writing diary often is more likely to be puzzled by headache, insomnia, digestive disease and social obstacle than those who don't do it ,the most severe is just those who ever record the miserable experiences, they often taste their misfortune, not abreact emotion and remove yourself from the wound, they never forget those unfortunate things.
Do you have a habit to write diary?Do you think writing diary is helpful to improve your mood?

YES! I've thought that forever. I see a counselor who is always telling me to keep a diary or journal, but I have always felt that when I do, I feel worse than ever. I think you dwell on all the negative thoughts and feelings when you do that. I hate writing a diary for that reason. I am going to tell her about this study.
