do you like consume mie instant?According to me,people in Indonesia very like with mie instant,because mie instant is practical and easy to cook.only boiled mie,give seasoning and mie instant ready to serve,so simple right?
how often do you consume mie instant a week?which flavor?
starting from me,I Like "Mie goreng flavor"from favorite brand in Indonesia.about three times a week I consume mie intstant.whether dangeours?

Well yes, i was once a fans of it. I ate them almost every day. At first, i don't really listen about how bad the consequence if i ate them every day, until one day, My Friend got problem with his bowel. The doctor said it happened because he eat noodles every day. Although now i still eat instant noodles every now and then, but it not as frequent as before. I also now, that you should wait for another 3 days before you eat another instant noodles.

Yes, i heard instant noodles contain wax, and the body need at least 3 days to move the wax out of the system. So eating instant noodle before 3 days from the last time you eat it will make the wax in your body become increasing, and it is not good for your health. But this information is some thing i read in mailing list, i don;t know if it is true or simply a hoax.

I like every kind of noodles. But i seldom eat. Probably just twice or once in a week. My family do not like the instant foods. Too many additives.
but in emergency situation, these instant noodle is the best choice. fast, delicious and easy to cooked.

yup. That's the point. we usually stock up noodles for mid night snacks when my mom feels lazy to cook again or when she has been asleep. ^^

hi ridwan, i'm from indonesia too..nice to meet you. Same with you, i like instant noodle too, mie goreng flavor the spicy ones. But now i try to reduce consuming instant noodle after i heard that it is dangerous to eat instant noodle everyday.

i like fried noodle, but sometimes i cook boiled noodles, with more chilli and egg. hm...... yummy....

I have not yet heard or seen or tried this brand yet and I do not think this is available in India. But here, we have another brand called Maggi that is very famous around the world and I usually eat the Maggi 2-Minute Noodles as they are easy to cook in the same way as you said!

yes,brand most popular from Indonesia is Indomie.I think not only Indonesia,around the world maybe know about Indomie.because Indomie is one of the biggest noodle company in the world.I ever hear about Maggi and in my country we have it.do you ever hear about Indomie?
