Truth about COKE!

I read this a long time ago, but it has never been enough to put me off drinking the delicious beverages that are Coke and Pepsi Anybody who drinks a litre of ANY fizzy drink a day seriously needs to re-evaluate their terrible diet, to be honest. But in all honesty, how many people do you know drinks even anywhere near this amount a day?

Drinking coke is cool so if it is bad for you then drink it some more yeeeeeeeahhh, I drink it for breakfast....I drink it for dinner and I drink it for teatime treats, then at supper time and while I'm asleep.....

I was never a big soda drinker. I don't like Coke or Pepsi and I remember hearing when I was a teen that Coke and Pepsi could take the rust off of cars. I'm glad I never drank the stuff because I cannot even begin to imagine what it will do to the inside of you body after hearing the other things they can do. Yuck! Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. hi..when i was younger i used to drink cola everyday..now i sometimes drink at least once a month..colas are very nice to drink if you take it moderately.

ya you, are right there is a absolutle right and this is to harmfull for every one but every one enjoy it.

Well, I've heard about the other usages of Coke except killing a human! I don't know how it can be used to kill a person. Though many people have heard about the bad things about drinking Coke, I think there are many people still keep drinking Coke. I like drinking Coke, but not too much per day, as I think it's really not good for health. But I don't think I'll totally stop drinking Coke.

I like drinking Coke, I drink mostly Coke Zero, and it has never bothered me what you can do with Coke...I don't drink it in huge amounts so it's all good!

Hi, kar295rocks. I will continue to drink Coke regardless. As long as I don't plan to use this drink for other things I think that it would be okay. Being that I saw this article under the Urban Legends, I hope it is all true and real.

i also heard about this long time ago. but lately, i heard from my kindergarten son that he don't want to drink coke anymore. so i asked him why. he said their daycare teacher told them that coke kills, so he will no drink coke because he do not want to die. about your link, i was able to get there but i can't see the article about coke.

Yeah, aside from being a thirst-quencher, carbonated drinks have been proven to damage the intestines, that's why frequent softdrinks drinkers are likely to have ulcers. Me, I only drink Coke once in a while, I'm an orange juice addict!

I have known since I was a kid just how bad coke was for you. We did an experiment in which a tooth was placed in a glass of coke and we had to watch how it decayed daily in that cup. I can't remember exactly how long it took but it was not very long at all. I don't drink soda at all. Mountain Dew is equal if not worse than coke. Dentists have a term called "mountain dew mouth". My daughter was buying Mountain Dews after school unbeknown to me. I had always taken my girls in regularly for cleanings and check-ups. One time she had 8 cavities in a 6 month period!! The dentist questioned her and she admitted to it. It was a very costly lesson!

Hi kar295rocks, It makes great reading indeed but I do not believe most of the stories to be true, most of them turn out to be half truths and rightly so called urban legends. I don't drink much Coke or Pepsi but such stories would never put me off.

Put Dutch candies mentos in a bottle of Coke and it explodes. Lulz.

It scares me, my boyfriend seems to be addicted with this drinks. He cant have his lunch without it, he said that i makes him refresh and increases his appetite. I already told about the negative side effects of coke and Pepsi to our body but he never listens to me. I cant control him in drinking those drinks and I am so worried for him.

Hello Kar. I remember getting that email a while back and of course, I had to try some of the things they said. I couldnt get the rust off an old nail I had. I lost patience and rubbed it with steel wool instead. I dont drink any sodas myself. Never liked the taste (not sure why) but my husband drinks it a lot and I keep telling him its not too good for him, but he's an adult and he can do what he wants with his body.
