The worst feeling ever.

Never in my whole life, have i ever felt like i have been feeling since yestarday. Everything just went wrong. Work, home, and even my old happy go lucky life. I have no idea why i still feel this way. I think that something is seriously wrong. Anybody, a bit of help or advice please. I really HATE this feeling.

wasss up sis-----you seemed to be really moved by some thing else----if it were the issue regarding the things happened between us then you can leave them behind---i'm pretty sure that you didnt offend me badly.Have a look at your selves in the mirror----Does she look like you or some one else----you're clever enough to take a decision and over come it and you're mad enough to start pulling my legas usual.great day.

Hey saphrina! Geez - wassup? We all have days like this - even the happiest of people - some days feel like you're going down the toilet. BUT days like this make the greater days even greater . . . it's almost like it keeps us in check so we don't take the good days for granted. I think somewhere in this discussion you ruled out PMS . . . I know I've felt like crud the week before that monthly visitor - for no reason. Do you think you might be starting a cold? Me personally, I like physical distractions . . . like dancing around to my favorite music, working out, taking a long brisk walk or even getting a good massage . . . to get things off the mind (and doing your body some good at the same time). The worst thing I've done to cheer myself up was to make a cake, frost it, and eat the whole darn thing for dinner - ha ha. Anyway, hope you get to the root of the problem fast and feel better soon!!

Hi, sweetie. Yes this damn stupid feeling. It really is horrible. But maybe you should bake me a cake, i won't be able to eat the whole thing myself, but we can share. Good company always makes one feel better. TATA.

Sure, I'll bake you a cake! What's your favorite kind? We're actually having a birthday party for my 5 year old at this indoor playground where the kids can bounce around in those jumping structures . . . I was thinking you could come and be a kid too . . . let all the steam out!! Hee hee!! Hope you feel better today!!

sometimes i have this experience and feel not well in my life.because i find that something seems difficult and make me always meet this thing and could not deal with it.i often give me some time to think about it and dont always let them trouble in my mind.actually i could not keep good mood to face my life.but i still live every day and do normal thing because i am normal person,i must do like that.so this bad feeling is only short in my life.so as for everyone should learn to neglect this bad feeling in our life.

hello saphrina, It could be just one of your mood swings. Or maybe you just miss your parents that much that you felt very bad. Or maybe,you were just over worked and that you need some time to unwind. And that you felt bored of your daily routine...so you need a very good long vacation that you deserve the most. Just sit down and relax,listen to your favorite music while in bed. Or go to some spa and have a relaxing massage. Cheer up gurl,you are not alone who felt same feeling. Sometime i also feel the same,as if,this is not who i am. Just a mood swing....

The only thing that could heLp lighter your feeling is ACCEPTANCE. This is the only way of getting over it. Accept what happened, continue LIVE the present and MOVE ON for the better future. We all come to that point of depression in other means but the only antidote for that depression is ACCEPTANCE. I wish this helps..Godbless Saphrina.

There are good days and there are bad days...probably having a bad day, getting depressed and odd behavior like agitation... when i do have one, i just ponder on old memories like photographs of myself when i was younger, watching a feel-good movie or just to see friends i haven't seen for a long while. Sometimes i would just walk and walk, just seeing whatever that would catch my interest. But probably the best thing that really helps me a lot is when i go to my room, close my eyes and pray and ask for guidance...Happy MyLotting..

This happens often and we all human beings go through this, not all the time everything can go fine, but what is important is to understand that those situations are not permanent, what is really important in life is how you get out of those situations, it is really tough, but I think the best way to face those situations is being very positive and think that you are going to be fine. The worst thing to do in those situations is getting more depressed. You have to find the root of the problem and face it.

Just convince you mind that nothing wrong happens with you. It is absurd feeling. Try to give a chance to yourself from day today regular activity. Outing is best measures. You can go for any hill station for some days. It is give you a change and you will feel better.

Are you sure it's not just PMS? I mean, sometimes our feelings are affected by our hormones... If it's not, well, maybe you're stressed? you can do some de-stress activities like taking a walk or resting a bit. Hope you'll feel better soon :)
