I like coffee very much. Hot as well as cold coffee. Coffee break is such an inseparable part of man's habit, especially to people, whose jobs entail long hours of daily toils. Mind you, too much coffee intake is not good for your health, especially if it taken without any creamer. Although a large number of people prefer it that way in order to taste the real coffee. Have a good coffee break, anyway. I need a nice shot of espresso, with a rich reddy brown crema on top...:-)

I have been drinking coffee since my childhood days, that was 10 or 12 years of age. But I drink coffee with cream or milk. I drink chocolate in the morning, but when I need to be awake whenever I was reviewing my homework or their is an exam for tomorrow, I drink coffee. Whenever I am hungry I drink coffee. Whenever I am in a hurry in the morning, instead of taking breakfast I drink coffee and go out of the house to go to work. When I to have a sugar intake for work, I drink coffee during coffee break. When I do not like the food at home I drink coffee. Coffee is important to me as it is the alternative for food. And it has caffeine to keeps me awake. Since then coffee makes my day complete.

I never heard of drinking coffee when you have a headache..I should definitely try this out if it helps. Anyway I think coffee became a quite important part of my life in the last years. Before I started drinking coffee I used to drink only cappucchino but for some reason I then found out about the black gold called coffee. I actually never liked the way coffee tastes..but for some reason I got addicting to its flavor. I mean I can't drink my coffee without milk and sugar but..drinking my coffee with both is such a nice taste I don't want to miss it. Well maybe I should stop adding sugar or at least put it in less sugar because when I drink the last bit of it in the cup, it's kind of..well it's just too sweet. But usually I drink at least 2-4cups of coffee everyday. Otherwise I feel like useless..well not useless but it's like something is missing. Although, I also try to drink not too much so I also drink a cup of cappuchino or a cup of tea..

I used to make coffee very important in my life. I used to have at least 3 cups per day in order to stay awake. Then I came to realize that I was addicted to all that caffeine. I have since quit drinking coffee and find I function just as well if not better without the added caffeine in the system. Green tea is a lot healthier and I love the taste better. So for now, I'm a tea girl.

i used to be a heavy coffee drinker, consuming about four cups in the morning and another 6 or eight cups the rest of the day. and that's without cream... until i stopped for a few months and shifted to coffee with cream and asphartame for sweetener... i still consume a couple of cups because of what caffeine can do to perk us up when we are sleepy and seemingly out of focus... i know, it is imagined, as many of those who have quit claim... but it works on me and until i have found a replacement, all i can probably do is just minimize my consumption of coffee...

Very important because I need something to keep me awake. But I don't drink it every night because I don't want to be addicted to it and lose its effectiveness. I only drink it when only I cannot keep my eyes open anymore.

coffee is a lesser evil. It refreshes you in the dawn, works as laxative and relieves during head ache. Coffee addicts live without food but not without coffee. One in the morning and one in the evening is tolerable. Too much coffee has its own side effects and even cause heart attack! Coffee houses created literature also.

I have to have my coffee in the morning to get me going. It also helps me to take my medicine easier. Sometimes I will have two cups like this morning because my husband made it so good. I do get caffeine withdraw headaches if I haven't had any and I can't stand not having a good cup of coffee in the morning after I wake up.

hi, such nice topic ehehehe... my nanay is such a coffee addict. i often make fun of her drinking coffee habits. she drinks coffee whenever she's hungry (super hungry, not just the normal hungry mode) she's tired, she's doing our laundry and even IRONING!! whew!! and so i must say that coffee to her is like a rice or a vial.. Unfortunately,, now that I am all grown up, can't seem to manage without coffee in the morning. In fact my head aches if i fail to have in the morning, and i still have one coffee during office hours, one again before supper.. hayst.. i hope i have had answer the question above.
