Asking questions can tend to be easier for a simple reason. Far much pressure asking questions than answering questions. Look at this way. By asking the question, then you throw the ball in the court of someone else. It will be up them to figure out the answer to your question. The pressure will be on for them. On the other hand, if the question is asked of you, then the pressure will be on for you. You are compelled to give an answer of of some sort. Not just an answer, but one that will hopefully be acceptable. There can be few things more awkward than not being able to figure out an answer to a question. Therefore, it is much easier to ask the question, because the pressure is taken off of you and is placed on someone else.

For sure asking questions is easier, I mean you don't need much to think about it when asking a question. You could just ask anything you want, things bothered your for the whole day.
Like why would you ask an answer if you can think of the answer by yourself. If you can't asnwer it by yourself it must be already a difficult question. Well okay not always, there are also a lot people on the Internet and so on who ask quite stupid questions which make you think: "This person has a quite low IQ I guess?"

Yes asking questions is always easier than answering the same questions. This is due to answering requires understanding the question and then thinking on it and then answering it, in questioning you don't require much thinking. This discussion is really interesting.
