Hi pierrella, I don´t understand very well what you are saying. Paypal cannot deposit any money that you don´t have in your paypal account. Do you have that money at paypal? Did you ask to withdraw it twice and send it to your Bank account? It that what they want? Please explain better. Maybe I can be of help. I had no problem in verifying my Paypal accout with my credit card.

good day mylotter. i think you got it all misunderstood, you should have a fund of at least $2 on your bank account because paypal will Take it not GIVE it to your bank account, if you have an unfunded bank account paypal will not give you your confirmation pin or EXPUSE pin. The amount they will get is for verification charges, it will be refunded after 2-3 days your paypal account have been verified.

oh sorry to hear that ., but in my case when i linked my bank account to paypal ., after 2 or 3 working days my account was already verified and the fee that they deduct was being credited back to my account. that is the usual process. i am not sure about yours. where you from? i am from philippines and i linked a debit card to paypal. it was successfully done. hope you get to solve your problem then. have a great day ahead!

same for me also . For my case I think I am an Indian so paypal is having problem with Indian banks so until the problem solve I won't get verified.

If your bank account is not a UnionBank then the bank here in the Philippines would not accept it first reason any Electronic Fund Transfer to your bank account they service charged and the paypal two deposit it is just cents so they will not accept it. But if you used Union Bank account especially they will accept it and reflected to your account since Union Bank has no processing charge for Electronic Fund Transfer in receiving. I did this with my EON card. Perhaps you could visit the websites of Unionbank.

hey paypal is a nice online bank system, i have withdrawn a lot of money in the past 2-3 years. i think they play it safe and i surly think you can trust them too. Paypal might ask you security questions or might ask you to link your card or your bank to the card. I guess you should go adhead with it. I did it. I got the same message from them but they deposited some very small amount to my bank account.They did this within a week.I entered those amounts and got verified my paypal account.You wait for some more days.Check whether you have entered the bank acc no. correctly like that.Otherwise create a new account and then do the verification again.Give the details correctly.You will get verified soon.

I understand what you are saying and you are correct. They do deposit a small amount into your bank account to make sure that it is an active account. If you go to the bottom of your account screen you will see an area to contact them and should be able to find a phone number there. Paypal has always been very quick to correct any issues with my account.
