Do you ever wake up and feel demotivated?

Have you ever experience a day when you don't feel like doing anything because of what happened to you the day before? I just found out that a friend I really care was boycotting me. No wonder he didn't even look at me and speak to me for the past 2 months. Care to share your experiences?

Wow, 2 months is quite long, what did you do to make him feel that way about you? Anyhow, I know how it feels to wake up and feel demotivated. That usually happens to me if me and my partner are not in good terms or if there's an outstanding fight that we haven't settled yet. It really makes me wonder often how I am overly governed by emotion. It seems that every fight, every problem affects me too much to the point of rendering me helpless and I seem to be confused and couldn't focus on anything. That's just me, I know it's not good to allow myself to be like that, but I'd be okay after a few days. It usually lasts about a minimum of 3days and a maximum of like a month - if the strain hasn't really been dealt with. I'm just curious though, what did you do to cause him to treat you like that for two whole months??

As much as I want to share it, I can't. It's too painful for me to reminisce the suffering memory. But that teaches me a lesson; he's not a good friend.
