Learn how to become more active and get healthy through easy everyday exercise tips. turn everyday activities into actions for healthy body. Some people want to begin exercising more, but they are not sure how to get started in a more active lifestyle. perhaps they would love to join a gym, but the cost of exercise equipment of membership at a health and fitness club is just too expensive. here's are some tips for adding activity to a person's daily routine. The U.S. Center For Disease Control and Prevention recommends that adults get atleast: * 2hours and 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as ( walking fast, water aerobics, bike riding on level ground, pushing a lawn more ) every week and * muscles strengthening activities such as ( lifting weights, working with resistance bands, push-ups/sit-ups, heavy gardening,yoga ) on two or more days a weeek. Simple Fitness Suggestions * walk the stairs up and down instead of riding the elevator. * squeeze in short spurts of exercise- do 50 jumping jacks while waiting for the boil on the stovetop, do 25 sit-ups when first waking or before bedtime, keep light hand weights near the television and lift during commercials. * for those with children, take a walk with the child or turn on one of their music DVD's and dance with them . * for those with a dog, take the dog for an extra walk each day. * march in place where watching tv. * stand instead of sitting while talking on on the phone because it burns extra calories. Easy Exercise at Work People work in different locations and circumstances. So some might have more Flexibility for exercise, depending on their job. Here are some specific suggestions for a more active day while at work, especially for those who sita a desk each day. * if the situation allows, walk to work instead of riding or driving. * dont use the phone to talk to a person sitting close by, walk and talk to them in person. * instead of sitting down for the whole lunch break, take a 20 or 30 minute walk and then sit down to eat a quick, light lunch. * stand up from the desk and do a few minutes of shadow boxing. * the parking spot in front of the building might be empty, but why not park at the edge of the lot and walk some distance to the building? Oh i really love to work out , but u need to recommend eat healthy too , because not matter if u work out lot, you need to eat the right things , not fast food , not too much oil in ur food , 0 crispy food. I think you should watch tv but not eat when u are watchin tv too . Walk like 20 -45 minutes per day . And remember to lift weights helps to your bones ,not online for your muscles and get toned , helps for have better bones and flexibility and burns calories.

you can get fit by just doing some household chores. for example: - sweeping the floor - washing clothes - washing dishes - hanging clothes - and many more it does not really requires to go to the gym to get fit because my merely walking is already a form of exercise and you will get healthy on that.

welcome to the wonderful world of mylot. your discussion is a good one. helping people to be fit and hope they do what they read here. as of now i do biking when i am running for an errand. i dont use the car. we have a four year old son whose picture is seen as my avatar and he keeps me fit. running with him and playing with him. when i go to work ( i am a musician) i bring my guitar and bag and it is like weights for me already. har har har. i do a few seat ups while watching tv and it is cute for my son imitates me also. my wife her exercise too like dancing.
