Is PayPal freezing PTC sites accounts? Upbux is gone when it comes to PayPal

I was signing up for all kinds of PTC sites and after I've joined I noticed that a lot of them were saying that PayPal froze their accounts for an unknown reason. For some, it had already checked them and said, "We got the message from PayPal, that everything is okay and accepted now and they will reopen our Main-PayPal-Account at last on Monday, 15th Feb.!!!"
I'm relieved that I've found one. What was going on? It seems that it was most PTC sites. Any info on this?

I have been a member of Paypal for many years without any problems, but it seems that they freeze some accounts they don´t trust - and they don´t accept Multi Level programs either.
Many online programs are using Alertpay instead, so it could be a good idea to have an account there if you don´t have one already. I have accounts in four online banks, and using them all. They are different and can be good to have for different programs..
Wish you a great business on the Internet..after all you can find some honest webmasters out there too.

I've seen something like that happen before. I think that site said Paypal froze them because Paypal suspected them of being a pyramid scheme or MLM or something... can't really remember. They resolved the problem too. I think maybe stuff like multiple referral levels or whatever gets them flagged for investigation by Paypal?
