hi hannanable78 are you getting enough vitamins in your daily diet? that maybe why you are so lethargic, or again if you have high blood sugar running in your veins you may have type two diabetes and not know it. go see your doctor, tellhim or her about the lethargy and feeling half asleep, and get him or her to test you for diabetes. if you do not have it no harm done, if you do it can be treated easily. I occasionally get really groggy and check and yes I have overdone the carbs so will drink a lot of water and exercise to get it to come down to normal. get checked out and do not let it go.,

Well diabetes runs in the family, rooted from my grandfather. But yeah I haven't had it checked yet, though I try to resolve or prevent it with water.
It's also just now that I submit to the idea of taking vitamins, since I was never a big fan. I want to be healthy when I get old. :)
So after weeks and weeks of eating sweets, it's just now that it actually occurred to me that it could be diabetes that's been causing my lethargy. Thank you for thoughts, it has been really informative. Really, I appreciate it tons. Happy happy mylotting! :)
