MSN Block Checker

Quite a while back, someone instant message me and said that I blocked him on MSN and show me a link to check out the list. Then I said if I have blocked you, how would you be able to talk to me? Then I went to check out the site. It indeed shows you the list of people who blocked you or deleted you from their contact list. But I'm still seeing them online. So I'm wondering if this is accurate or not. Or if you moved someone's contact to a different group, you are also considered deleting their email? What's your opinion of these MSN block checker?
