Obama Won't Let the Democratic Process Stand in the way of HIS health care bill

Obama plans to skirt around that pesky thing called the democratic process in order to advance his health care agenda. He will ignore the opposition to the health care reform, tune out the voices of the American people and avoid the possibility of failure to pass health care reform by writing his own legislation and tacking it onto a budget bill, thereby allowing it to be passed with a 51-vote majority using the process of reconciliation. One problem, as every high school student knows, is that the President isn't supposed to write legislation. The Constitution clearly states that "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States" (Article I Section 1). This bill is supposed to be online by Monday. Whose name will be on it? The President can't put his name on it (even if you supposed he could write a bill) so he will, no doubt, have some member of Congress affix their name to it. It's still in violation of the Constitution ethically and morally. If the President can do as he pleases, unchecked by the other branches of government, we no longer have the government set up by the founding fathers and detailed in the Constitution.
