Obama Won't Let the Democratic Process Stand in the way of HIS health care bill

Obama plans to skirt around that pesky thing called the democratic process in order to advance his health care agenda. He will ignore the opposition to the health care reform, tune out the voices of the American people and avoid the possibility of failure to pass health care reform by writing his own legislation and tacking it onto a budget bill, thereby allowing it to be passed with a 51-vote majority using the process of reconciliation.
One problem, as every high school student knows, is that the President isn't supposed to write legislation. The Constitution clearly states that "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States" (Article I Section 1). This bill is supposed to be online by Monday. Whose name will be on it? The President can't put his name on it (even if you supposed he could write a bill) so he will, no doubt, have some member of Congress affix their name to it. It's still in violation of the Constitution ethically and morally.
If the President can do as he pleases, unchecked by the other branches of government, we no longer have the government set up by the founding fathers and detailed in the Constitution.
What do you think of this new proposal by President Obama?

The New York Times says. They say that senior administration officials told them. The bill is intended to be tacked onto budget legislation to allow it to be passed with a reconciliation vote and it will be put online on Monday - ahead of the show meeting with Republicans. It's an end run around the democratic process. It doesn't matter what comes of the meeting on the 25th, this is what they intend to do. The meeting is a sham.

I think it safe to say that this Administration made up of lawyers who are trained to trample our Constitution, is doing their jobs. They are doing exactly what was expected of them.
I don't believe in a government that protects us from ourselves.

The point that those who want Obamacare at any cost will see is that he is doing what they elected him to do. Fortunately, they are a small minority. What I will look for in this bill is if it contains any provision that keeps a future Congress from repealing it, as Reid tried to slip into his bill.

This healthcare bill as originally written and not read by any of the politicians because of it over 1000 pages of text could not possibly satisfy everybody. I think the healthcare bill should be broken down into small segments. Each segments voted on separately and easily understood by everyone.
There will never be a total agreement on any bills that comes out of Washington, but maybe is we get it in small easily digestable doses, something good can happen.
