Ok listen : ABOUT PAYPAL AND PAID TO CLICK SITES

Paypal does not support pay to click sites. and once a certain paid to click site get's big paypal wil ALWAYS shut the account down. it has been like this forever and it will stay like this forever. paid to click and paypal do not work!

Paypal's behavior is really suspicious and unpredictable. I suppose there should be a regulatory authority who could control how online transaction sites should treat its merchants.

Well, then why has paypal stopped all transfer to India? Why paypal could not submit the documents asked by The Reserve Bank of India? Why all Indians are having to find other ways to get their money transferred?

Totally agree with you cybersoft01,paypal behavior is suspicious and unpredictable, whatever it's issue with rbi but because of it, many indians are suffering.paypal is such a gaint payment processor this type of behavior will hurt it's reputation.
