Using the myLot RSS feature to track discussions

Whilst some people use the myLot RSS feed to add content to their own website/ blog how many people use them for keeping track of discussions featuring certain words?
For example I have a feed set up which appears in my RSS reader for when ever a discussion appears which mentions the word "Actor". By doing this I get to see all the discussions which may interest me yet don’t appear under the interest I would expect them to be, that of “Watching movies”.
So does anyone else do this or have you not seen the RSS link at the bottom of the page?

I have never think about. Maybe I should. My key words would be photography, dogs, cats, health.
I am wondering how many people use word Actor in their discussion?
I may try, but can I cancel RSS if I no longer want it?

It’s surprising how many discussions about actors actually appear out side of the are you expect, so it definitely highlights more discussions for me.
And yep, you cancel the feed anytime you like and depending on what rss reader you use is as simple as just deleting the link.
