Album tor songs that helped you through a break up?

Whenever I hear coldplay's rush of blood to the head album, it brings back memories of a former breakup. I was able to get through those times just singing along to that album but now, the pain is gone. It's just great music. Not only have I been healed but I find myself more confident in singing. Did you have a special album or set of songs that helped you through a tough time? How did it help you?
