Do tes PTC sites really make you money?

I see everyone say how wonderful their PTC sites are and then I see them other places looking for more sites to join.....Mmmmmmmm......How many sites can you handle a day. Unless you sit there all day.

I handle about 20 sites daily, and it takes me about 1 1/2 hours. I have upgraded in a few sites, but only after I have at least one payout from that site and if the site was at least 1 1/2 year old and I can see the difference. But upgraded or not you've got to be active to get the best from these sites.
