Yes you can definitely do that.Go to the withdraw option,fill in your bank details and they will send you the money within few days,straight to your bank account.I did a transfer last month and it was pretty smooth.All the best!

The paypal issue is not yet solved. Do not think it will solve so soon. The issue is with reserve bank of India. They say it will take few months. You can guess how long the the few months means to Reserve bank of India. Do not withdraw money to your local bank else you will face a problem.
