My advice is to let someone know how to remedy the fault, if you do not get it, you can do more harm. I have such problems when, let someone else handle it, because one time I tried, and I was wrong, and then was much worse.

Hello there... I'm also a computer naive. that means I don't have formal schooling about computers. But the good thing is that I was able to learn easily...just take time to process all. Just be patient...let a computer tech diagnose the problem in your computer and learn from him.

That is a kind of registry error, my friend. If you are not familiar with registry configuration it is better to format your computer or run registry mechanics to fix that problem... But I am not recommend you to do that as I prefer you to reformat it. But before doing so just make sure to back up all your files...

I can't teach you here because reformatting is a delicate issue. That process must be teach face to face so that it can make sense, my friend... Ask your friend regarding that matter. hope you fix it soon about the problem

Do not do anything to your computer that you don't understand. The safest thing for you to do is to either take your computer to a professional or ask a friend or family member who is experienced with computers for help. It's too easy to make the problem worse if you try to fix it yourself.

It's not your fault. Even the most experienced software engineer will get upset facing "Runtime Error". It's not easy to tell you what happened and why it happened according to your brief statement. Normal program can cause this probelm, so does malicious program. Professional programmer usually launch some certain debugging tools such as SoftICE, WinDBG to help find out the problem. At least, the task manager should be checked to see if there exist kind of susceptable process. Good Luck.

A typo, I mean suspectable process not susceptable process. In most cases, bad-designed adware, virus and trojan are the root of the problem. But it's not 100 percent sure.
