It is very easy to load on the pounds, but it takes a great deal more work to work them off again. Most of us do not become overjoyed at the idea of spending hours running on a treadmill or lifting weights. You know it is good for you and it will make you feel better, but it is more interesting to sit on the sofa and watch favourite movies. Of course you can find some intersting ways to do exercises. I like to listen to music. If I want to some soft music I would like to do Yoga. When I want to listen to dancing music I can make street dance as my exercise style. What kind of exercise do you like?

I like to walk but the weather has been crazy here and it has been hard to go outside lately so I just have been walking around the hose in circles like 15 to 20 times walking around from the living room through the kitchen and dining room.

Hello Kevin, what you say is true it is very easy to load on the pounds and very difficult to burn them. The thing about losing weight is if you do the same routine over day in and day out it will become very repetitive and boring. The trick is to mix the workout routine up. For example, if you ran on the treadmill for 60 minutes 3 days a week every other day taking a brisk jog outside or going for a refreshing bike ride. The key to losing weight is staying interested if you focus on goals and are determined you will succeed!

Hi,jeffb, right, interesting is helpful, if we are interested in it we can not feel bored. On the other hand if we do not like it we can not keep it for a long time.

I'm addicted to work out videos. Beachbody is my friend lol. I have done "ChaLEAN EXTREME" and have "P90X" but haven't done that one. My next one is to complete "Insanity". I am by no means ready for that yet but working on it :) Right now I'm doing strength with Jackie Warner videos and running on a treadmill for cardio.
