oh,too many people!

Of course In the supermarket there are lots of people.I like shopping very much,especialy a festival comes.people want to buy something to celebrite.

hi chenpingping! Yes I know what you mean. I also hate going to market and shopping malls where there too many people. I would prefer to go for shopping early in the morning where there are few people. So that I could avoid over crowding.

chenpingping hi sounds to me like you just had an anxiety attack, or some call it a panic attack. you go into a very crowed supermarket and suddenly you feel like the crowd is going to squash you, then you start having trouble breathing and you just want to get out of there. I don't have that any more. but I used to get panicked when in a very crowded 'supermarket and then you become afraid and embarrassed for being panicked like that. There are ways to get over that, and one is to find a place to just sit down and rest and have a cup of tea or coffee or maybe a soft drink. soon you realize its just an ordinary crowd probably more people than usual because of some sales, and now it no longer bothers you. After all probably the reason you are there is the same reason all the others are there, there are some special sales on. Also you can check the time of day and find the times when the store is not so crowded too. good luck and God bless.

hi it is one of the worst things that make me crazy ,i don`t want to buy in the big supermarket because there is awful like people like staff offering there and the way of service there

Yeah, seems that anywhere you go, people are roaming around. I love shopping very much but the problem is if the mall I'm going to is on sale, people from alll walks of life are there to shop, to window shop, to pass the time. Oh! it's giving me a real headache!

Interesting post about how our population is rising. May I ask which supermarket was over crowded with people. Perhaps there were more then one supermarket to go to that is a relatively close distance to where you live? Don't regret doing anything that you have done, just learn from what you have done.
