What do you do when they don't stay in their rooms. My kids won't stay in their rooms when I tell them to. When I need a break I send them there but they think it is funny to run through the house screaming or standing next to me and whining about stuff which just makes me more mad. I can't keep them in their room--they have no door.

my son will stay in his room, but he won't shut his smart butt mouth..that's what makes me mad. He just has to have the last word!

Well..what I used to do,,hes been soo good now that theres school.hahaha...i used to lock myslef in my room for 5 mins..no more..cause kids cause mischief too fast lol..and I would calm down..scream in my pillow..and close your eyes and go to your special place ion your mind..I go to my tropical beah.,.layin on the sand..with my umbrella drink in hand,,,lol..then i feel much refreshed,.,and calm..orrr if u want to do something else..u can say I will take..(add there favorite toy) if you dont sit right there and be quiet till i say u can talk..or move..whatever you want..ive done them both and it works very well..good luck!!
