Hey fellow mylotters, ever had someone you hated or don't like at work, but have no choice but stay as professional as possible? please share your experience here. In my experience, once someone irritated me so much because she passed on to me the job that was meant to be done by her. But I never hated her, because I'm not the kind of person to hold grudges.

Unfortunately, i hold grudges. I normally get into trouble, because this stupid man cannot do his work the right way. And ears, i don't hink he has any. He is the bosses favourate, so that makes it even worse. It is hard to work with such people and not hating them in the end. TATA.

Oh, I'm sorry about that, but so far there are no people like that in my workplace. I think he has done something that made him the boss' favorite.

Don't be sorry. I love a good challenge at work and a fight now and then are very good for the blood pressure. LOL. TATA.

Yes, there are also people I know who are like that, but I'm not the one they are provoking. They are so mean and clearly want trouble that I feel sorry for my friend who they are provoking.

I have worked with people I either had grown to hate, or had gone to school with and was not particularly fond of. I usually dealt with it as best I could, but would want to get off work for the day as soon as possible. Sometimes it wasn't so much the person as the stress the job was having on us all!

I think it is possible to be very professional at work. Even if your boss or the people around makes your day very bad. I think that it's just a matter of perspective. Your main purpose of going there is working. Regards to you, I think you should tell the admin about it. It's not your job its hers, It's your right to ask if what shes doing is right. I hope that you could solve this have a good day!

I remember last year working with an incompetent manager in the office where I worked.Sorry to say that word"incompetent", but it's really how I should be giving her since she doesn't exert more effort to do her job well enough, reprimands people in a rude manner, posing some rules for us to do and which she violates herself. For some time I tried to be patient and give her time to have her own feel of what's going on under her new leadership. Months passed and the office is really getting worse. One after the other, employees started to openly argue with her and later quit job.I was just patient until one time when my own ego was pushed badly by her and I burst out loud. The once kept bad impression I had with her were all blurted out. She was speechless hearing how I took my stand for the first time.Lastly, her being my boss,I still have the respect for the position which she got pushing me to ask for forgiveness as to speak against her that way but at the same time pointing out to her that what she did isn't good at all.Days after that event, she quit her job and we're all relieved at last.
