What Happen to UpBux?

I was a member of UpBux and, as others have mentioned they’ve closed up shop while blaming PayPal. I don’t know the exact details of the problems they were having but it has made a lot of people worry that PayPal may be scamming us which I don’t believe is true. I have been with PayPal for a long time and I have no reason to doubt their integrity. I think there may be more than meets the eye in regards to UpBux and I don’t know that it is PayPal’s fault, in fact I doubt it.
