In my country we have so many cold cereals that are full of sugars salt and ingredients that it makes my head spin. They claim to be healthy but they aren't. they are convenient though. for my self I usually have a bowl of steel cut oat or a form of oatmeal. They take a while to cook so I cook a lot in my slowcooker then freeze them in serving size portions. It doesn't take very long to reheat them. I like to add walnuts, flaxseed, and molasses to sweeten them. along with this i have whole wheat toast with part of an avocado. With this breakfast I don't get hungry until early in the afternoon.

Hi Marina, I am not chinese but I adore chinese cuisine, a lot!. usually, when we are out, we always look for a chinese restaurant that offers great meals at affordable prices! back to the topic: here in the philippines, most families serve fried rice for breakfast and it is usually paired with eggs, bacon, hotdog, longganisa, dried fish, coffee, juice.. pandesal (bread) is also served in the morning which is often paired with peanut butter, margarine and other delicious spreads.. :)

before I go to school, I eat some bread or cereal, followed by some coffee with milk. On rare cases, I eat some fruit and drink some freshley made juice.

I usually have some toast for breakfast with milk on a regular day, if I feel I want to have something different I would go with oatmeal, with milk and tea. I try and eat breakfast as healthy as possible since studies show it is the most important meal of the day which a huge number of the population fail to eat it!
