Hi freinds Well As you know there is popular issue is going on about paypal in India that all personal payments transcition has been suspended for few months .well I had word with paypal and they replied that they will resolve this issue as soon as and they will not shut down their service in India .
So somebody suggested me that the mean time when problem will not get rectify you can make another paypal account and make account as you are Us citizen so You will receive all type of payments and after that You can transfer that amount to your Original Indian paypal account to use service option or goods type option so You will receive funds easily so It will work????? means My question is paypal will not get fact that I am from India not Us . what is right or what is wrong

i am not sure buddy.. but it sounds scam to me.. you cant register yourself as an us citizen.. in that case you need to mask your ip address.. use a proxy, dont you think you get into unnecessary scandals... i think its always better to play a waiting game...

I have to agree with Prince on this. It would be best for you to avoid adding more problems. It's very risky and if Paypal finds out about this fraudulent act you might as well lose all those hard earned money. Prince is right, just play it safe and the best way to go is to wait. Regards.

Well, friend, I guess you already know that's in violation of the PayPal terms of service. Anyway if you want do that, and I suggest you don't do, at least be sure to do in the right way.
If you want represent you as an US citizen, you MUST open your paypal account from an US IP address. That means use a proxy. And public proxies are usually well known, and obviously forbidden, by paypal.
So better ask an US (or another country) friend of you to open an account for you. And that account should be never accessed from the SAME computer from where you access your actual account. Otherwise it will be easy for the paypal staff find your trick.
Anyway, is a risk. I still suggest you to wait, I'm sure the "Indian case" will be solved soon from PayPal.
Have a nice time

Dude are you crazy---do not do that man you just loose all the money in your present as well as your fake account---how come you create a new account just for the heck of transfering your money---i have been looking for the updates at the blog of Indian officials who work with Paypal---they would soon lift this restriction and then we are free to transfer money into our indian banks.till then hold your crazy ideas which might freeze your paypal account.great day.

I may have a solution on your problem regarding paypal. But you will need a friend in the US to do this. Let him fill up your new account in the US and let him be the one would get your money. Paypal will record your sign up IP by this method they are recording your IP from the US already through your friend. You just need to have a constant contact with him. Good luck Sachin!

why don't you join ALTERPAY by the time if pay pal is not working though so many of sites are supporting these days ALTERPAY.com .
and do not open any account by stating that you are form US as they track all IP ADDRESSES . ya if anyone opens account in US for you and you use it here can be done.
though its better wait and watch in this scenario.

I have never heard of this issue.Last month only I completed a transfer to my bank account in India and it was a pretty smooth transaction. If you violate their Terms of service, you will most likely get suspended by them as they are really strict about their policies. So I think you should not listen to this sort of advice.Have patience and be careful of phishing scams like emails asking you to give out your credit card information or password.Recently a lot of scam emails are doing the rounds and even I got two of them, but detected the fraud with the help of mylot members and did not respond to those emails.

You need to stick to one account. If paypal felt they had a reason to they could track your IP adress and discover where you're really from. And, for those of you still trying to fool the system you will eventually get caught. Under federal law, should they suspect fraud of any kind they can punish you to the highest extent premited by your country of orgain.
There is one flaw in ip tracking. While it can be used to determine your country of orgain, the tracker has no way of knowing if its your perment residence, or if it is a visiting one. But, should they have reason to suspect fraud and it is in vilation to lie about such matters not only paypal, but anywhere.... they can track you down to the adress your internet service is redigistered under. So I'd play it safe and don't do anything that could get you in trouble with the law.
Oh, and bragging about how you're getting away with it, can get you in trouble less you forget anything you post here is viewable by the public.
Meaning some idiot who wants to spite you can alert you to the athorities.... so be careful.
