Am I wasting my time?

We all know that the paypal account of palmbux was already back to normal since Feb 15. They have their cash out available too before that via paypal personal account. Has anyone used the cash out system? How many times did you tried it? I have been trying to cashout with palmbux since the other day. The page keeps coming back again and again to "where to transfer fund" and " are you sure" page. I already posted my problem in the forum and saw other inquiry like mine too. The following day, I checked the forum and look for my post if they have replied already, but then I was surprised that the post is not there anymore. Tried to browse the forum to check if there are answer somewhat similar to what I am experiencing. I saw a reply saying that the cookies need to be cleaned and if the cash out is still not working try to request cash out at 12:00 server time, which I did but failed again... Now I sent them ticket support. I didn't know if the ticket was sent for there is no confirmation. Tried to send it again but I got a message saying that I have exceeded a number of ticket support for the day... So how would I know if there is a feedback already? I didn't even know the ticket number... There is no confirmation and the page is keep on hanging... What is wrong with them. Can somebody please tell me the real status of palmbux. Do you encounter the same problem? PS: My account is already verified, got verified within seconds. Though it is the first time that I would cash out.
