How to promote in traffic exchange?

What i would do is the following : Make a splash page for autosurf hits. A single page that receives the hits. if people are interested give them an option to an outbound link, that opens in a new window. not a popup! just a link. When they are interested they can further investigate your content, on the splash page add some more traffic exchange referal links of yours. and see how the idea turns out! if you want 2 I will create a splash page with your referral links and also a couple of my links, to test the potentional of this idea. you know where to find me if you are interested greatz

Set up your splash page with a email auto responder and start building a list to promote any sites you wish. building a list is powerful and works well in traffic exchanges. This lets the surfer enter there name and email and keep surfing and check out what you are promoting when they check there emails later.
