Transport to take an elderly lady to visit her sister 25 miles away.

I have an elderly aunt (79) who is disabled. Her sister who is 78 has had to move into a nursing home because of alzheimers Disease. Unfortunately, the home is in another borough, some 15 miles away. The round trip has been funded by Social Services until recently when she has been told that she will have to pay the two £25 round trips a week herself. We are not aware of any organisations that could help.
