When a site looks too good to be true, it is best to avoid it as it is only a waste of time. Though I have not come across the site you mentioned here but most likely it is a dummy site which are out to scam unsuspecting surfers.

i have not heard of that site. but i think it probably is a scam site. seeing as the payments they say they offer look too good to be true.

Probably not a sincere site for many reasons... 1. Mails will never be worth $100 2. Some scam even at less than 1 cent per mail 3. Too good to be true 4. Plain looking site 5. Could be built in about 1 day 6. Made by an amateur who doesn't care about his/her site (it's evident by lack of effort in making the site.
