Hey guys! For the past few days, I have noticed that my lips have been peeling because of dryness. I don't get it. I always put on lip balm that has Vitamin B content but my lips still dry. I hate it because people find it creepy when they get a glimpse of my lips. Do you have any other suggestions what I should do so that my lips would stop drying? Your advices would be totally appreciated. Thanks.

I would suggest making sure you drink enough water. Being dehydrated dries out the skin all over your body, and even lip balm won't help that. Also, make sure you use a balm with sunscreen in it because sun exposure can burn the skin on your lips causing skin damage and dryness.

Yup! Drink more water than what you are. Tea, coffee and juice don't count. You need pure H2o. Drink 8-112 oz glasses a day for a couple days, along with the lip balm and you should see an improvement.
It is the time of year, so it seems to get the dry lips. I have also. I am using a lip balm but also am drinking more water. The last couple days I have felt thirsty and my lips getting a bit dry. Go figure. I need more water.

Well I have this problem in the winter too. First I have two things you could do they help you with this. Drink plenty of water sometimes our lips get dry because we are not drinking enough water so try that. Also I would still use lip balm but in moderation because the body gets use to it and than it will not do the right job. Also do not lick your lips either that takes away the natrual mostriue of them. I hope these little tips help mylotting to you.

yes all people here that have mentioned that you should drink water too much. they are right due to dehydration of water in your body you need more water to keep yourself healthy.
apart from above suggestion i would like to tell you one more thing you must apply. it will certainly help you in dry lips. apply mustard oil on your foot sole and in the middle of stomach. i have applied this mustard oil and got a lot of benefit from dry lips. i hope you will also get. happy mylotting

I agree with drinking more water. Also, try wetting it with water every now and then and remove the dry skin :) I do that whenever my lips get dry
