What's your understanding on "freedom of network"?

Hi my friends. Recently when I surf the website like youtube.com or myspace.com, I can't open the webpage. Myspace is okay, but the only problem is that I can not upload my photoes or view journal of my friends. And what about youtube, the outcome is that I can't open it at all. This drive me crazy, my friends. Anyway, CNN, CBS, ABC are just doing fine as well as mylot.com. It is said by one of my friends that Chinese government banned lots of foreign websites as well as some functions of the search engine, say, Google. When I got the news, I feel like my freedom of network is eliminated or at least limited. After that, I've thought about that which includes a bright side and dark side. If I'm a parent of a child, I won't let him or her meet with something unhealthy online absolutely. So my friend, what's your point of view on this issue? And what's your understanding on" freedom of network"? *^_^*

I think that freedom of network is out of range. We There is not restriction to see adult movie. It is very bed effect of network. I think that it should be controlled.

That's true. We need to make it clear that which website to surf and which to avoid. Every coin has two side, hehe, maybe that's why I start this discussion and want friend like you to drop some words on me! Have a nice day!
