I want to know is there anyway to get 10,000 page views in 7 days.I know about social networking sites but want to know some unique sites to increase my pageviews instantly.

Hello friend. To increase really fast your site pageviews you can join some autosurf program. These kinds of sites let you get lot of pageviews, although is just for stats because nobody really watch your pages. Maybe this can help you.

Any reliable autosurf program if you know pls do tell me,I experienced that those kind of sites couldnot keep promises .I faced autosurfing sites in which they told me to view 1000 page views and they will give 1 lakh pageviews but when I finished 1000 pageviews, they gave me 500 page views and closed my account.

If you just want pageviews and don't care if people give no damn about your content then yes you can submit your site to all kinds of traffic exchanges. If you want laser-targeted traffic however you have to know SEO and viral marketing.
