A genuine ptc site that going to shut down.

Hello friends, i'm having account in ptc site ptcbay.com,Now while clicking adz i read letter from admin he clearly declare that that site going to close in 7th of april and ask people to no more invest in that site as it will be clear lose to that investor, i like that attitude of his admn atleast he informed about his action to shutdown so i can stop clicking their, i have not invested their, but i read in that admin letter that members who invested in that ptcbay.com will be given same value to another ptc site after registering their, i feel sad as my single click make $0.84 but i don't feel scammed as the action of admin is quite appreciated.Now i will not expect anything from their.what do you think what can be reason to close such a genuine ptc site?
