hello are you sure that one house in every part of bulgaria could be paid for 3000lv or like you say 999£ i don`t think!

Just take a look at ebay there are hundreds of houses listed cheaply. Many of these are in the northern areas close to Lom or Rousse, known to be poorer areas with poorer infrastructure. There are many decent houses for sale for well under 10,000 Euros (I have 3 myself). £999 is now around 2000 levs as exchange rate has dropped so far.
