Is it true that you get sterile when using laptops in you laps??

I just encountered the question recently, I read an article about it and I wanna hear some real life stories...

well I am 34 and have had a laptop since I was a kid, and I have had 3 kids so nah I think its not true as it has not affected my fertility lol,

HAHAHA, well I guess that settles it then, but have you actually used it on your lap??I also had my laptop few years back but I have not used it on my lap, none that I can remember...Nice to hear though

HHAHA, I read that the combination of heat generated by the laptop and the posture needed to balance the equipment on the lap lead to raised temperature AROUND THE SCROTUM...LOL. It's from www.dba-oracle.com/oracle_news/2004_12_15_study_shows_laptop_use_make_men_sterile.htm. You can look it up if you want. Anyways, if the news is true and what your saying is also pretty convincing. I can only think of two reasons. Either you have great body balance or your body is made of mostly insulators. HAHA. But articles are still articles, it's only a study and it is not 100% of MEN are affected right?

Yeh?! I have never heard something like that! If it's true, it could be a great contraception for peole who don't want any childrens xD.

LOL well I've never heard that but I suspect it holds as much truth to it as cell phones giving you brain cancer does....which just so its clear is a big crock of nonsense..

True enough, I guess it's just the same as the cellphone-caused-cancer issue, but it is not actually a big crock of nonsense, I heard that radiation from phones is causing the cancer to pop up, well at least my BS-Bio girlfriend said so, LOL.

whaaaaaaatS? i have never heard from the laptops, i heard about using the cell phones on the hips, but really im still using the phone there.. but where did u listen this? any article on internet or just radio?
