Smoking stopped smoking Sept 28th. I used to smoke 1 1/2 packs a day. About 4 years ago we moved into a new house and I didn't want it to smell like smoke so I started smoking out side. and ended up cutting down to 2 packs a week. Started walking when ever I Lite one up. Then one day I just had enough. My bible says that God gives us the victory and I decided to claim that victory. Haven’t had one sense and I haven't been desperate for one either I’ve had an urge but get busy doing some else and the urge is gone.

I quit for two years. I used the medication Zyban to do it. I was never able to last even 8 hours trying to do it cold turkey.
