That is a great idea. I wish my husband and I could just save money, but we have bills to catch up on. We own a house so we have a mortgage payment, a power bill satelite tv, food and a phone bill to pay. We do not have any credit cards so that has been helping us out. Good luck with your quest to make as much money as you can. It is possible to earn money in this way on line. Saving is a good habit to have. I learned it as a very small child and always put something by each and every week. It's surprising how it will mount up as the weeks, months and years go by. _Derek

I am glad that you are resolved to make money and saving it and making more money for yourself. But, I guess having all of it to yourself would not be good for you. You should always share the blessing too not only to yourself but to everyone you loved and close to you. I agree that all the money you earned you deserved to spend on yourself but it is not right to solely keep it to yourself. Sharing some and not all is just a good move for you.

I think it is easier for us to accomplish our desire if we set what we wish to do as a goal There are lots of ways to make money both online and off line as long as we persist to do them wisely and nicely. And there is always a way if there is a will. I hope you will hit your target to make as much money as you can a day before your coming birthday. And spend them on whatever you wish I do have plan to earn enough money for my year-end vacation expenses. I don't have much knowledge and capacity to make online money. And what I can do is to do part time works in real life to earn for my foreign trip. Therefore I'm not as active as before typing posts at mylot. Sounds like a good plan to me. The last person I would give any money would be a whiny/moany person. I also truly believe in one's buying oneself nice birthday presents! Go for it!

I have often thought of the doing the same thing. Something always seem to happen to change it. I hope you get to do this. It is always nice to spend something on yourself.

Good luck! I was thinking about doing the same thing, but putting it towards paying off my car. I think I'm just going to go crazy online and keep going until it's paid off. You should splurge for your birthday. Everyone needs to spend some money on themselves sometimes. Just don't forget to have fun while you are doing it!

Money makes the world go round but I regret it not saving all I earned & spend it on non-sense things while my son's birthday is coming so I learned a lot from it & I want to save for his next years birthday I want him to remember it well he will be turning 3 next year I am sure he will remember well that time.

This blog is quite unclear to me. I am little confused on money making part. From where you are earning money. This blog means earning from mylot or any other sites? What are you going to give to your mom? The money or your laptop to continue blogging in mylot. other than that I would also do the same thing. I will spend all the money earned on myself and yes only on myself. for me also whatever I earn from my office goes to my family members. But nothing will stay for me. That sounds like a great idea to save money on yourself for your Birthday. After all you made it so why no spend it on you on your Birthday.I am bad about spending money on my niece and my nephew since I don't have any kids but I really need to save some money to get myself things that I need.

I like to earn more this month compare to last month so that I can exceed and exceed the goal I have for every month.
