Are you tired all the time? Do you get sick at the sound of someone
else's sneeze? Are you run down and have no energy?
Did you know it is because you are overprocessed and sugar addicted?
Overprocessed is the term for fast food junkies, frozen food cookers, and addicted to anything sweet. It really isn't totally your fault, but you will pay the price.
The Government and the drug companies want us all sick. They don't want you to get better, they want you coming back for more and more. That's how they make money.
Who are they? They are the food corporations, the Diet guru's with the newest and greatest program. They are the doctor's that get paid by pushing those drugs that will cause you more problems down the road. They are counting on it.
Did you know you can cure yourself of whatever ails you through food, spices, and herbs? Did you know in your spice cabinet you have healing agents?
The foods we have put into our body from the day we were born are causing us to be sick and tired all the time, because they are clogging up are arteries, and jamming in cheeseburgers, and donuts, cookies and alot of other things that cause us sickness and fatigue.
Keep watching as I will discuss later the healing benefits from your kitchen cabinet.

It's true. There is so much junk in almost everything we eat that it's no wonder our bodies are out of whack. You get one medication to deal with something that's wrong, that medication has side effects so then you need another medication to deal with the side effects from the first one, and it goes on and on.
I have found out that cinnamon is great for those with high blood pressure. Especially Saigon Cinnamon. I have replaced sugar in almost everything with natural honey. Honey has been know for centuries to have many healing agents.
I myself am not the healthiest person in the world, but I am learning little by little how to make changes in my life to become healthier. I rarely ever get sick, but I'm always tired and have no energy. I have found when I have a home made fruit smoothie for breakfast within 20 minutes I'm up and ready to go for the day. Otherwise I feel like a zombie.

Yes you are correct. I like the meds that make you throw up and they say hey it's a side effect. Well I don't like this ritual. Sugar is dangerous. I am going to write something about dangers of sugar. But Honey is great I take honey for a cough. a teaspooon at night will keep you quiet all night long. Grandmas Molasses is good for you and it has Iron and magnesium in it. Celery is also great at lowering high blood pressure and if you juice it with carrots and apples as a juice together I do it sometimes in the blender.
