Do you access facebook at your office?

Here in the country since Facebook is being used by everybody, companies indeed have blocked their employees from using the social site. What other companies does I heard is they only unblock the site on their lunch breaks then block it agian after the one hour break. There are som that would let their employees use a computer to access it where there are a alot of applicants applying for their company. The logic of it is, you won't stand there going thru your Facebook account wherein people can watch and stare at what you are doing.

I do sometimes log into my facebook account while I'm at work. When I do, its usually only for a few minutes as it doesn't look good to spend a whole lot of time on a site like facebook while earning a paycheck. Besides, more than ten minutes on facebook bores me at this point, guess I'm getting old.

nup. cos I don't have internet access in my office. but sometimes I access it via cellphone, but it's seldom cos the manager forbids us to access facebook during the work hours..

You can call it an "office".... it'll be so funny cause our school computers are used for educational stuff ONLY... when the teacher-in-charge, we log in our facebook XD Which is funny because we keep making double-meaning statements like "hey, let's do it... on the teacher-in-charge's computer"... and peple's imaginations run wild and go "WTH are they talking about?!?!" XD sorry i it seems off-topicish... just wanted to share XD

Yes sometimes i accessss facebook at office. But i find it very slow to access facebook at office.

I do one better! I even access it from my phone! Chances are, if im at a computer, i'll have a facebook tab open. :P

Where I use to work, it is a sin to open up facebook at the office on the office computers. The only way I would have got around it, is by taking my own laptop with my own wireless internet connection. The only rule for me would have been is that my work comes first

My boss asked me to block facebook in our network because he says it's a work hazzard. So in the office, I'm the only one who can access facebook. My pinoy officemates sometimes ask me to unblock it on their PCs when the boss is not around.

Whenever i get free time i usually open social network to refreshing my mood. If there is no work at office we are allow to open this social network...

I am working in the office but I don't have a computer that is really for me. We can sit were we want. The problem with mine, we are not allowed to access any sites that is not work-related. I think it's just reasonable. Your there for work and not to have fun. I only work for six hours why waste time doing something else. Make the most of your time working and be productive. That should do the trick. You can go facebooking after work.

I think that it all depends on the rules in their respective offices. In my office there are no restrictions to access the internet, including to open facebook as long as does not interfere with my work as an employee. Why should I feel guilty?? Unless there are restrictions and we do it secretly.
