Some things I've noticed about YouTube

One. Famous people on YouTube have all their videos rated at 5 stars just because they are famous. Yes, I can understand that they are funny or awesome or cool but I realized that even if they post a not-so-good video it will still be rated at the highest. So, what happens is the video is not rated but instead the person is, and all the fans will of course put down 5 stars whether or not the video is good. I mean, they can't be all perfect, and I think that some should actually have the rating at 3 or so. . .
Two. People hate a person when the person writes a comment saying something negative about the video. Even if that comment is very polite. For example, a person might have written down a simple "I didn't like this video," NOT a "This video sucks," or anything like that. That person will have his/her polite comment rated down and may be responded to by angry people. Why does this happen when the comment is just someone's opinion? This really happened one time, as shown in the picture attached. . .
Three. (Also shown in that same picture) Some people might mark a comment as spam just for the heck of it even when it isn't spam. Or, maybe they just don't agree with that comment.
All this is just some silly things I noticed YouTube (or maybe on other sites with a comment/rating system). So, any thoughts, and have you ever seen a video that's rating won't go down or people flaming on people expressing their opinion or a bunch of comments wrongly marked as spam?

But Remember the less the rated then the less likely more people are going to see the video and the person, who makes great videos other than the bad one.

Sorry, I don't get what you're really trying to say. . . People still just vote famous people too high just because they are famous and not on the actual video. What I'm saying is that at first the person may have made really good videos, and that's how they got famous at all. Then, later, their videos might get worse and they are not good anymore but people still like it only because they are famous and not because they make good videos anymore. What I see is that all famous people's videos have 5 stars even though some of the videos are not that great.
